Who is Omeretta the Great?
Retta aka Omeretta the Nifty is a rapper all-time known for her tracks such every bit 'Cypher F*cks', 'Show Me Sum' and 'No More Love'. She was born in 1996 in Atlanta. According to reports, Omeretta lost her male parent at an early historic period. The young rapper revealed in an interview that she is from the "hoods". She didn't accept the easiest childhood growing up equally her father's expiry left her traumatized. Dirty South Hip Hop reported that Omeretta felt solitary and that she lost her all-time friend afterward her father's death.

After finishing high school. she attended Savannah State Academy. In an interview with Dirty Glove Bastard on YouTube, the rapper revealed that she badly wanted to movement out and so she worked really hard to secure access to college. Although nobody from her family attended college immediately after loftier school earlier, she was confident nearly doing it as she believed in herself. She even revealed that Savannah Country Academy wasn't her first pick when it came to colleges, but she chose it because her beau secured an access there.

But after attending higher for a year, she felt that it was best to drop out and focus on her future. She began working to help her family financially. She reportedly took up seven jobs, before she gave them all upwardly to focus on her rap career. She began putting her songs on SoundCloud and YouTube, which helped her build a steady post-obit and fanbase. She even participated in Nicki Minaj's Megatron Claiming in 2019 with the hopes of winning the $10,000 prize. Her submission impressed Nicki so much that she shared it on her since-deleted Instagram mail service and wrote, "reasons she deserves to sign to the Queen: mad pretty, dope emphasis, pen game strong."

Omeretta released her debut studio anthology titled 'Blackness Magic: A Dose of Reality' in December 2016 under her ain tape label Omeretta Records. A year later. she released her 2nd album 'C2z3, Vol. 1'. In 2018, under the tape label TSO Music Group OTG, she released her third album 'Trapped' which has 3 songs. The album became an instant hit on SoundCloud. She released another anthology titled 'Welcome to the Jungle' in January 2019, under the aforementioned label. She most recently released a song titled 'My Turn' in May 2021.
